Design-Your-Website Guide In Picking Colors
This is important information even though it can sound a bit complicated. Going by simple basics and avoiding any fancy things, you can easily know how to use the colors on your website.
The reason why sometimes you see very ugly colors on the websites is because they would not get the right combination that would look good on every computer. Artists are used to looking at colors but they must be very careful which colors they apply on websites.
First and foremost the web designers do not like to use complicated graphics. A qualified web designer will be able to choose the simple graphics, and you should not be worried.
A lot of people try to imitate some fancy designs and colors they see out there on intricate brochures, but that can be a complete waste of time.
It is because the monitors will not give you exactly the same result of print like what was done by the printers.
If you want to prove this, just test it on your web and you will see your printer struggling if you keep trying to match this ink to a website that is completely different. It will do the same with each single monitor it is passed through.
Again look at the color scheme. Try not to use very loud colors or screaming colors which will put off the customers. A good website should have colors that are welcoming and that make the visitors to the web to be at ease. That is why you should choose colors that are basically what they are used to seeing on the screen.
This is quite new to most people. In fact most people are not even used to the computer in the first instance. So just make it easy for them by using just two colors, the grey and blue that is found in most Microsoft programs. Since people are already used to seeing these two colors, it does not scream at them. Again do not forget to only use the colors that are web safe as we have seen above.
